Debbie specializes in office brokerage transactions and her role as an office brokerage specialist focuses on landlord and tenant advisory services in addition to sales transaction services.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Debbie began her career in commercial real estate in 1987, and joined Kessinger/Hunter & Company, LC in 1988. Throughout her career, she has represented local and institutional clients in the leasing and sale of numerous office properties in the Kansas City metropolitan area, including KPERS, The Hall Foundation, A.E.W., Lincoln National Life, T.I.A.A., U.S. Life Insurance Company, Highwoods, Taubman, and TA Associates.

KEY ASSIGNMENTS

• She has been the leasing agent since 1997 for the Denzer portfolio (totaling 140,000 SF)

• Baker University, local and regional sites in excess of 100,000 SF

• St. Paul Travelers Insurance (70,000 SF)

• Beacon Medaes (50,000 SF)

• Airgas nationally in more than 25 transactions (totaling more than 500,000 SF)

• Lawing Financial, headquarters and national locations in excess of 50,000 SF

• Represented numerous other companies, both locally and nationally, including GTE, Guardian Life, Ericcson, Conoco, and AAA
