Steve Eisenshtadt is a Senior Vice President with Friedman Real Estate, specializing in office leasing and tenant representation throughout Oakland and Wayne Counties and the greater Detroit metropolitan area. With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Steve has represented institutional and local property owners, as well as national, regional, and local office tenants.

His practice includes landlord representation, tenant representation, lease renewals, relocations, expansions, dispositions, and complex lease negotiations. Steve has extensive experience working with Class A and Class B office properties and advising clients on market conditions, occupancy costs, lease structures, and long-term real estate strategies.

Steve earned his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and his law degree from the University of Detroit. His legal education, combined with decades of brokerage experience, provides him with a strong understanding of lease documentation, negotiation strategy, and the financial and operational considerations involved in office transactions.
