Scott Pahlow, SIOR, brings more than 34 years of commercial real estate expertise to the Memphis market, specializing in industrial tenant and landlord representation. During his career, Scott has completed sale and lease transactions totaling over 100 million square feet with an aggregate value of more than $1 billion. Scott has been a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) since 2003.

Scott’s excellent leadership qualities and industry experience has provided invaluable service to his clients. His extensive client list includes Milwaukee Tool, Baxter Healthcare, GXO Logistics, Flextronics, Cummins, Inc., GXO Logistics, Mazda, and Dohmen Life Sciences to name a few. National developers who have entrusted Scott with their real estate portfolios include IDI, H&M Development, and Panattoni Development.

Prior to joining Colliers, Scott served as a senior managing director with Newmark since 2016. Scott’s career also includes roles with Cushman & Wakefield, Trammell Crow Company, and an earlier stint with Colliers.
