Ed Brown joined NAI Tri Properties in 1989. With over 39 years in the commercial real estate business in Wake, Durham and surrounding counties, Ed deals extensively in industrial/flex/R&D facilities and land. He works closely with landlords and sellers to develop and implement effective marketing plans for a wide variety of commercial properties. He also has extensive experience providing exclusive tenant and buyer representation services.

Ed has worked with many notable clients on large leasing, land, sales and investment deals including Alcatel, Lockheed Martin, International Paper, John Deere, Sanmina-SCI, Prologis, STAG Industrial, Merritt, Neyer and Ferguson.

Ed earned a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill while on a football scholarship. He is a member of Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR) and NAI Global. He volunteers his time with Abilities Tennis Association of North Carolina as a coach to improve inclusion and well being of persons with special needs.
