  • Holding the SIOR designation got my foot in the door to interview with the local Panattoni Senior Development Manager. I had previously assisted Panattoni in a 100-acre acquisition for the second Amazon facility here in Spokane, Wash. This May 2022 deal will be their first speculative industrial project in the area.
