, Prior to founding Carpenter/Robbins Commercial Real Estate, Inc., Mr. Robbins was Director and Branch Manager of Cushman & Wakefield (Silicon Valley), Vice President and Regional Manager of Norris, Beggs & Simpson (San Francisco), Vice President and Operating Partner at Lincoln Property Company, Development Manager for Town Center East, and Senior Sales Consultant and Sales Manager at CB Richard Ellis Denver/San Francisco.

Mr. Robbins has personally leased or sold millions of square feet of commercial properties in multiple states, especially in California and Colorado. He has supervised property management, mortgage banking, appraisal groups, and leasing teams in commercial real estate as well as direct negotiations of several million square feet of leasing and sales for individuals, corporations and government. He has also developed over two million square feet of office and industrial properties, multiple custom homes, and several hundred acres of land.

Mr. Robbins holds an MBA and a BS in Industrial Management from San Jose State University. Mr. Robbins is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), a Fellow at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and has been an instructor in real estate at the University of Denver and Golden Gate University.

The firm holds eight federal contracts and a GSA FABS schedule. We hold long term contracts with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the General Services Administration, and work with dozens of agencies including FBI, Secret Service, Internal Revenue and Social Security. We have negotiated hundreds of special lease and acquisition requirements, completed dozens of problem solving consulting assignments, and performed post award services.

Our unique skills and experience create an effective conduit between the public and private sectors. We understand both worlds and find ways to make government and business needs come together to accomplish public sector goals in a variety of business climates.
