He is one of Australia’s leading tenant representatives, and his global corporate property knowledge and business acumen has seen him manage a large portfolio ofinternational clients. Previous roles include GVA Grimley in Glasgow, Sydney and Melbourne, and national leadership of the Transaction Management Team, Global Corporate Services Division for CBRE.

Stuart co-founded ResolveXO in 2013 and maintains a thorough understanding of contemporary lease structures and tenancy requirements, and provides independent, trusted advice across allrelated corporate property issues including valuations, negotiations, property tax, acquisitions and disposals, and market trends across corporate, industrial and government sectors.
