Connor Tomlinson, a native of Charlotte, NC, is a devoted husband and father of two boys, Leo (3 years old) and Woods (10 months). He leads Business Development and Strategic Partnership efforts out of Poettker Construction Companies Charlotte, NC Southeast office. Overseeing sectors including Multifamily, Retail, Mixed-Use, Adaptive Re-Use, Industrial, Commercial, Distribution, Retail and others across both Southeast and National markets. With years of experience and hands on oversight in a multitude of construction sectors, Connor builds strong relationships with architects, owners, engineers, developers, lenders, economic development professionals, and trade partners, effectively addressing client needs. His approach aligns with Poettker’s commitment to quality, excellence and enduring relationships. Connor holds a Business Management degree from Belmont Abbey College and is furthering his expertise through MIT’s Commercial Real Estate Development Programs. Like Poettker Construction, Connor believes in giving back to the local community. He mentors high school students through the ACE Mentorship Program, in collaboration with other trade partners to guide them in the architecture, construction and engineering industries ultimately earning college scholarships.
