Since July 1st, 2011, Kyle Maltz has completed over 100 Industrial, Commercial, and Development Property Transactions at Greiner-Maltz throughout Brooklyn and Queens, where he has spent his entire brokerage career.

Mr. Maltz concentrates on Owner/User Industrial requirements, representing business owners and high-net-worth individuals in solving their commercial real estate needs.

Along with his older brother Ryan Maltz, and under the tutelage of his father John Maltz (SIOR), he is proud to be an integral component of what is now a 3rd generation family business.

When he is not conducting property tours or facilitating negotiations, he resides in Astoria, Queens, with his wife and dog, where he enjoys the local multicultural cuisine and community.
