Adrian A. Arriaga, CCIM, CIPS Broker at Sperry Commercial – the Arriaga Group, was Owner of AAA Real Estate & Investments in McAllen, TX since 1981.  

 He has been an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for over 25 years.  He specializes in working with National Franchises relocating to South Texas & Mexico. He has served as Realtor of Record for several national U.S. companies, including:  COSTCO, GE Capital, CVS and CHASE Banks in South Texas.

 

Adrian’s area of expertise is working with Foreign Investors looking to invest in Texas & Mexico.  He has done work in the EB5 Immigration visa program, as well as additional immigration programs available to Foreign investors.  His vast experience in Commercial Real Estate includes involvement with the Texas 380 Agreements that offer Tax Incentives for Commercial Projects, as well as Housing Tax Credits.

 

Adrian was appointed by the Governor in 2007 to the Texas Real Estate Commission and served 12 years as Vice Chair.  He received both a BA & MA in Political Science from Texas A&M University.  Adrian retired as Captain in the US Army.

 

Adrian, a Realtor Emeritus, has been active on the CCIM Board of Directors & Executive Committee for over 25 years.  He is a former CCIM 101 Instructor and Chaired six National Commercial Committees.

He is a three time recipient of the prestigious Realtor of the Year Award for the Greater McAllen Association of Realtors.  Adrian has also been recipient of the National Association of Realtors NAR Commercial Achievement Award.  He has served as the National Association of Realtors Presidential Liaison to the country of Mexico and the country of China.
