After earning his bachelor’s in Communication from North Carolina State University, Timothy served in law enforcement from 1990–1999. During this time, he began investing in real estate in 1994 and expanded into consulting for friends, family, and peers; this foundation evolved into what later became Veler Commercial. He built a culture of disciplined execution and client advocacy, then spent over a decade at Transwestern before aligning with SVN to form SVN | Veler Commercial leveraging the network's 200+ offices and 1,600+ advisors for global reach from a Dallas hub.
