Charles Duvall is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Economics.

Based in Orlando Florida, Mr. Duvall specializes in the leasing and sale of industrial real estate, with a primary focus on multi-tenant industrial assets. He represents both institutional and private landlords in maximizing asset performance through strategic leasing initiatives, as well as advising industrial users on site selection, lease negotiations, and facility acquisitions.

In addition to his work in landlord and tenant representation, Charles is actively engaged in the sale of owner-occupied industrial buildings, helping business owners identify, acquire, and reposition properties that support long-term operational growth.
