Aidan James is currently a Managing Partner at Inland Pacific, specializing in owner/user investments and capital market sales throughout the San Diego industrial real estate market. Aidan has led transactions in excess of $350 million throughout his career with a focus on East County San Diego industrial properties. Representing over 500,000 sq ft of property throughout San Diego County, Aidan has built a reputation as a top-tier commercial real estate services provider.

Prior to joining Inland Pacific, Aidan worked as an Associate for Stream Realty Partners San Diego office, focusing on industrial and office leasing and sales.

Aidan graduated from the University of San Diego in 2018 with a major in Real Estate and a focus in Finance.
