Gary has developed a solid reputation as a results oriented professional. He has built his reputation and a prestigious clientele by representing local, regional, and nationally based firms in Orange County and throughout the Western United States. His clients span a spectrum of industries including professional services, insurers, architects, manufacturers, hi-tech firms, and financial institutions.

Gary joined the Newport Beach office of Lee & Associates in 2009, specializing in the representation of tenants and owner-users of commercial buildings in Orange County and the Southland. In 2010, he was made Principal in the firm and become an equity shareholder. He began his real estate career in 2002 as an associate with Grubb & Ellis Company. During his tenure he was awarded Rookie of the Year and attained the title of Associate Vice President. Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry he worked five years as a successful sales executive in the semiconductor industry and helped to build a start up business into a highly profitable and successful operation. This background enables him to approach his clients’ concerns and issues from a unique perspective and offer creative real estate solutions built with an understanding of their business.

Gary began his real estate career in 2002 as an Associate with Grubb & Ellis Company. He was awarded Rookie of the Year and attained the title of Associate Vice President. In 2009, he joined Lee & Associates – Newport Beach in the Office Advisory Group. In 2011, he became a Vice President and was made a Principal; in 2012, he achieved the title of Senior Vice President.

Gary has been the #2 Producer for the past three years and a Top 10 Producer every year since joining Lee & Associates – Newport Beach. He has been named Broker of the Quarter and Broker of the Year multiple times by the Irvine Company and has been recognized by CoStar as a top broker in Orange County through their “Power Broker” award. During his career, he has represented clients in leasing or purchasing over 3.0 M square feet of office buildings and space with a total value over $360 M, including over 550,000 square feet and $103 M in building sales.
