John is a member of NAI Columbia’s industrial brokerage team where he specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial properties throughout the market and state. John joined NAI Columbia in 2017. He holds a Civil Engineering degree and PE license, and earned his MBA from USC’s Darla Moore School in 2017. Before NAI, he managed large-scale civil, chemical and energy projects at Hilti North America and worked as an engineer at the Savannah River Site.

• Responsible for managing and maximizing sales on four mega construction projects

o Two new nuclear reactors at SCANA Corporation’s VC Summer nuclear power station

o Two new nuclear reactors at Southern Company’s Vogtle nuclear power station

o A nuclear proliferation project at MOX on the Savannah River Site

o The three nuclear projects above represent a combined Total Investment Value of $35 Billion

o A $750 Million combined gas cycle power plant addition at Duke Energy’s WS Lee power station

• Responsible for coordinating efforts of the entire team associated with the four mega construction projects on converting the obtained project specifications into sales

• Provide a central point of contact on key projects to keep communication dynamic among the team

• Served on a survey team that performed boundary, point, stakeout, and topographical surveys.

• Performed land surveys where deadlines had to be met, particularly in support of a sewer design for a state facility in Augusta, GA.
