I’m a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Houston office, specializing in representing tenants in the leasing and acquisition of industrial space across the Greater Houston market. With a background in both real estate and finance, I’m proficient in both valuation services and a wide variety of real estate advisory, including sales, build-to-suits, investments, site selection, lease negotiation, lease restructure, and sale/leasebacks. I advise companies from across the industrial spectrum, such as logistics, distribution, manufacturing, chemical/hazmat storage, resin packaging, and food/beverage. Before joining CBRE, I spent four years at Savills Industrial as an Executive Managing Director and over five years at Avison Young. Prior to my real estate career, I was a credit analyst for PlainsCapital Bank in Fort Worth, Texas, for two years.
