David Wilson, CCIM has over 25 years of experience and a track record of success in leading multi-million dollar real estate projects nationwide to his role as Vice President of Real Estate Development for Ryan Companies' Midwest Region. He has closed more than $1B in transactions for development projects in 16 states, and his background includes extensive work with leases, ground leases, build-to-suits, purchase agreements, operating agreements and JV agreements. With a focus on delivering outstanding real estate investment strategies and solutions within the industrial, office, healthcare, and retail sectors, David supports Ryan's current customers throughout Eastern Iowa, while working to build new partnerships across our sectors and service lines throughout the United States. A committed leader with high integrity, David forges powerful, strategic relationships and excels in connecting the right people with the right deals, and the right deals with the right people. With a vast network both nationally and internationally, he knows how to get things done and brings the right people together to do it. David also served as the 2018 CCIM Institute Global President.
