Rodrigo Baz is an experienced professional and entrepreneur in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. Expert in Tenant Representation processes, and highly specialized in ITO, BPO, and Customer Service transactions throughout Mexico and Central America.

Throughout his 20+ year career, Mr. Baz has been part, as a member or leader, of qualified real estate teams representing leasing, disposition, and acquisition transactions worth over US$350,000,000 in value.

Mr. Baz began his career in commercial real estate at Cushman & Wakefield Mexico, as a tenant representation associate, where he developed an important network of global leading companies’ directors, regional landlords and developers, and was able to capitalize on it and turn it into significative income for the firm.

In 2010 he moved to Costa Rica and established the first Alliance office for Cushman & Wakefield in Central America, of which he was the founding partner and top producer. On February 2019, he sold his stake in the business, looking to to expand his source of business opportunities as the leader of an independent regional firm.

Mr. Baz holds an Executive Management Degree In Business Administration from IPADE Business School, a professional degree in Hospitality Management from the AH&LA, and has successfully completed the CCIM program (designation pending).
