Ted Davis is Chief Operating Officer for Avison Young's Canadian operations. Prior to this Ted was Managing Director of the Southwestern Ontario office before the addition of Managing Director of Avison Young’s Toronto West operations. Ted, along with his team, continues to oversee day to day operations of these offices. Ted received his real estate license in 2004 where he started his career in the Toronto West offices of a large commercial real estate brokerage.

Ted also serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ocree Corporation and Ocree Capital, bringing extensive experience in commercial real estate and business leadership. As CEO and UDP of Ocree Capital, Ted is responsible for overseeing daily operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws. His leadership is focused on driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and long-term success, positioning Ocree as an industry leader in real estate investment and financial innovation.​
