Jay began his career in commercial real estate in 2001 and specializes in industrial, office, investment and land sale transactions throughout Northern California. In addition to the SIOR Designation, Jay has also earned the CCIM Designation. Jay's team consists of four commercial real estate professionals. The team works cohesively to identify opportunities and create value for its clients. In addition to traditional industrial sale and lease transactions, Jay and his team operate one of the most knowledgeable and successful cannabis practice groups on the west coast. An interesting fact about Jay is that he and his team are the first to bring to market and successfully transact a net leased cannabis investment in Northern California. It transacted at a price of $4.7M which was based upon an 11.54% capitalization rate.
