Sean Mahoney is a managing director with Newmark, specializing in the representation of property owners and corporations on local and regional levels in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of industrial and R&D properties. Mr. Mahoney has actively worked on more than 800 transactions in his 20 years as a real estate advisor, consistently delivering for clients by executing a detailed professional approach to real estate.

Prior to beginning his real estate career, Mr. Mahoney spent three years as an outside sales representative for RMC Pacific Materials and three years as a field engineer for Hensel Phelps Construction.

Mr. Mahoney joined the Sacramento Industrial Division of the firm in March 2004 following two years with the Industrial Division of Colliers International in Sacramento. Mr. Mahoney has represented clients in the leasing or sale of more than 10 million square feet of industrial space. A partial list of clients include: the California Newspaper Partnership, the California State Lottery, Crown Worldwide Moving & Storage, Cummins, Dermody Properties, Granite Construction, Kiewit, Panattoni Development Company, The QUIKRETE Companies, and Schnitzer Properties.
