Neil Kilian is a Principal of NAI Emory Hill Real Estate Services and has more than 15 years of leasing and sales experience. Mr. Kilian is a CCIM designated member, a licensed broker with the Delaware Association of Realtors, and a member of NAR.

In addition to land sales, industrial development and leasing, Neil has been instrumental in broadening Emory Hill’s brokerage services in the area of multi-family, investment sales, site selection, land development, bankruptcy, and receivership. He is a landlord representative for over 60 buildings totaling in excess of five million square feet in the tristate area.
