HOTEL UPDATE: The cut-off date for the SIOR block at the Omni Amelia Island was Thursday, April 4 and the block is now closed. Reservations may be taken directly by the Omni based on overall hotel availability and at the prevailing rate. You may also click here for additional options for booking.

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellation requests must be received in writing. Please forward your request to events@sior.com. Refunds will be granted through April 2, 2024, less a $300 administrative fee. Registration is 50% refundable between April 3 and April 25. No refunds will be granted after April 25 or for “no shows.”
By registering for this conference, participants grant SIOR the right to use, in promotional materials, their likeness or voice as recorded on or transferred to: videotape, film, slides, audiotapes, or other media.

Further, you agree to adhere to the precautions and policies implemented for the SIOR's Spring 2024 Event and acknowledge and understand that you are knowingly and freely assuming all risks related to illness and infectious disease, such as COVID-19, by attending this event. Further, you understand that refusal to adhere to the policies and abide by the precautions may result in immediate removal from the event and cancellation of the registration, without a refund.
