Born in México City, Andrés comes from a real estate family in and so he has been involved with the subject all his life. He joined Colliers Internationalin 2002 as he worked through College. He graduated as a Financial Manager from Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM) in 2007 and continued his professional experience in Colliers as an industrial broker. In 2011 he became Managing Director of Colliers’s operation in the Bajío Region (Central México) with offices in Querétaro and Guanajuato, and continues to function as a broker for the industrial markets in the region.

Andrés is deeply involved in the Community whilst actively supporting a school and house for visually impaired Children in his Hometown.

Since his first incorporation to Colliers in 2002, Andrés has been involved with many of the main aspects of professional real estate. While currently heading Colliers’s operation in México's Bajío Region (Central México), he specializes in Industrial Markets harvesting intimate knowledge of, their key players and tendencies. As a finance major he often provides financial analysis to support client’s decisions. Recent Clients include MAHLE, BEIERSDORF, NEXTEER, AMERICAN AXLE, NAPA, MICHELIN, MONROE, KIEWIT among others.
