Ward works closely with the leadership of several organizations to develop and execute real estate strategies on a local and global basis in an effort to maximize operational efficiency and value related to their commercial real estate needs.

His primary focus is representing corporate users in the acquisition and disposition of “supply chain real estate” -- warehouses, truck terminals, manufacturing facilities and industrial land. Ward also has extensive experience with office site selection, call center facilities and investment sales.

With over 10 years specializing in corporate real estate, Ward has negotiated over 500 transactions while working globally in over 100 cities.

As an expert in his field, Ward has been interviewed and featured in several industry publications such as Dallas Business Journal, Dallas Morning News, D Magazine and GlobeStreet.com.

Ward graduated from Brown University in 2000 with degrees in Urban Studies and Organizational Behavior & Management. In 2013, he completed the Executive Certificate Program in Supply Chain & Logistics at Georgia Tech.

Ward is an accomplished musician as well as lifelong athlete having played collegiate level football and rugby and he has completed 3 Ironman triathlons.

He is actively involved in the North Texas community and an active supporter of Vogel Alcove, North TX Food Bank & Dallas Children's Advocacy Center. He also volunteers as an alumni interviewer playing a role in the Brown University admissions process.
