Neil C. Jones, a native of Florida, attended the University of Florida. With over 38 years experience in the commercial real estate business from Boca Raton to Pensacola, Mr. Jones brings a statewide perspective to his clients and partners along with current market knowledge in the geographic regions that he works in. Prior to forming his own company in 2006, Neil served as Executive Director of the Panama City office for Advantis Real Estate Services Company a division of The St. Joe Company. Immediately prior to joining Advantis, Mr. Jones was a founding partner of Seltzer Management Group, Inc., where his primary responsibility was to develop the most professional regional commercial real estate and management company in North Florida. Mr. Jones served as the primary broker, as well as an underwriter for financial services provided by contract to the Florida Housing Finance Agency. In 2000 Jones joined Advantis Commercial Real Estate Services a St. Joe Company as Primary Broker and Manger for the Panama City Region for five years leaving in 2006 to form his own company, Resource Realty Group, LLC. Organizer and Principle Stockholder in start up Summit Bank NA Panama City Florida in 2008 servicing as Board Member until the sale of the Bank to BanCorp South in 2019. Current business activities include site selection for NNN income property, investment sales, development along with consulting services, (alligator wrestling), Neil is well versed in all disciplines of commercial real estate, including office, retail, industrial, storage, distribution and build to suit.
