Matt Rotolante, MBA, CCIM, SIOR serves as the President and Managing Principal of the National Commercial Real Estate Platform, Lee & Associates Miami. Born and Raised in Miami, Rotolante is fourth generation in a pioneer family that has bought and sold over 2000 acres of land in Dade County since 1928. As a Top Producer in Florida with over $50 million in transactions, Rotolante specializes in Industrial, and has also specialized in Retail, Office, and Investment Property of all classes. As Broker for the office, Matt has a full grasp of all asset types with a deep understanding of entitlements, zoning, market trends, financial analysis and other value add services. Rotolante speaks fluent Spanish, and is a member of the Latin Builders Association.

Rotolante is 3rd Generation University of Miami Hurricane and graduated with a degree in Finance in 1997, he also received a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from his Alma Mater in 2001, specializing in Economics.

Rotolante served as President of the Miami CCIM Chapter in 2012 & 2013. He is also a member of the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Rotolante is also a longstanding member of ICSC, NAIOP, ULI, RCA, CIASF, FCFB, BBASFL, and Florida Fiduciary Forum, has studied New Urbanism at UM, and serves as a member of the UM Citizens Board.
