Mr. Deitrick is the Executive Vice President/Broker of Record for Oxford Realty Services, Inc. and has over thirty (30) years of office leasing experience focusing on major downtown and suburban office properties as well as having the pleasure of working with numerous clienteles.

Over his professional career, Mr. Deitrick has specialized in various areas of the commercial real estate industry, including but not limited to: tenant representation; agency leasing; lease administration and negotiation; asset evaluation; commercial sales; market evaluation; asset acquisitions; and built-to-suit economic analysis.

Since joining Oxford in 1995, he has been responsible for developing both brokerage and agency assignments as well as performing multiple client services including: developing market availability reports; creating economic analysis; lease transaction negotiations and coordinating tenant relocations. In that time, Mr. Deitrick has participated in and closed over 1,200 transactions with a total value exceeding $1 billion and exceeding 8 million square feet of space.

Mr. Deitrick is a 1992 graduate of Kent State University where he earned a Bachelor degree of Business Administration, majoring in Real Estate. In July-2007, Mr. Deitrick was accepted as a member of SIOR, served a 2-year term as President of the Western Pennsylvania Chapter (2010-2011), served as the SIOR Mid-Atlantic Regional Director (2017-2018) as well as numerous other committees in the organization.
