The Everest Group, Inc. – As CEO/Principal, Frank is responsible for sales and leasing of Industrial and Office/Warehouse projects including single-tenant, multitenant and park development sites. He continuously develops new contacts in the Greater Cincinnati business district. Frank successfully manages the administrative brokerage operations of The Everest Group.

- Townview Business Center (80,000 SF office/warehouse in Queensgate)

- Carnegie Center (135,000 SF office/warehouse in Tri-County)
