A seasoned broker with over thirty years of real estate brokerage experience and over two and one-half billion dollars in sales and leasing volume. Mr. Juncadella has experience in every aspect of commercial real estate including representation of both sellers and purchasers in office, industrial and vacant land as well as the investment sales, marketing and development of such properties. Since 1981, he has established himself as a top commercial real estate professional in South Florida, responsible for some of the largest leases, sales, and build-to suit transactions concluded in the area.

Mr. Juncadella has experience in every aspect of commercial real estate including representation of both sellers and purchasers in office, industrial and vacant land as well as the investment sales, marketing and development of such properties.

Since 1981, he has established himself as a top commercial real estate professional in South Florida, responsible for some of the largest leases, sales, and build-to suit transactions concluded in the area.

SIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Mr. Juncadella has been responsible for regional tenant relocation for companies such as American Express, TOPP Telecom, New York Life, Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF), Schenker International and Delta Airlines Reservation Center. He has also been the exclusive representative for the relocation of the corporate headquarters for Ryder System, Mastec, and CSA Group.

Throughout his career, he has been the lead leasing broker for some of the major industrial and office parks in South Florida (Beacon Centre, Beacon 97, Beacon TradePort, Beacon Industrial Park, Beacon Lakes, Medley Industrial Park, Miami Free Zone, Westside Corporate Center and Centergate)

Mr. Juncadella was the top-producing broker at Codina Realty Services for 16 out of the 17 years he was with the company. He has won numerous awards including NAIOP’s “Broker of the Year” for 1996 and sits on the board of several prominent commercial real estate and civic organizations.
