Moses Salcido has over 25 years of Central & North Florida real estate experience ranging from landlord/tenant representation, development and corporate real estate thus providing a very unique experience and perspective for this real estate executive.

Brokerage

During initial 10 year tenure in real estate Moses transacted a number of industrial deals throughout Central Florida. These transactions earned him NAIOP’s “Industrial Broker of the Year,” as well as, the prestigious SIOR (Society of Industrial & Office Realtor) designation. Presently Moses is the Managing Director of Development at CNL Commercial Real Estate.

Development

During his 25 year real estate career in Central Florida Moses has held senior level positions with ComTech Properties, Weeks Corporation, Duke Realty, Progress Energy, and Panattoni Development. He has been involved in over 3,200,000 SF of development and acquisitions for these firms. See selected projects, attached.

Corporate Real Estate

While at Progress Energy all real estate and facilities activities fell under his purview. These activities included facility management, disposition, acquisition, and development for this major Southeast utility throughout its North Florida territory. Largest project included a new 225,000 SF corporate HQ in St. Petersburg.
