Chris is recognized as an expert in the field of industrial and investment real estate, having extensive expertise in the leasing and selling of industrial properties, land sales, build-to-suit projects, investment property sales and landlord and tenant representation throughout Michigan.
Since joining Martin Commercial Properties in 2012, Chris has successfully negotiated industrial and investment transactions in excess of 9.6 million square feet, totaling over $262 million.
Recognized for his ability to mesh analytical market statistics with real time ‘in the trenches’ market intelligence, Chris can be relied upon for market information and strategy, and his creativity and candor add depth and perspective in the implementation of his clients’ real estate strategies.
