Jeff Huberman is a Senior Vice President and shareholder with Lee & Associates®. Jeff specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties 50,000 square feet and larger in Southern California. Jeff emphasizes a value add approach to each assignment, implementing a customized strategy for each client. Jeff has extensive experience in tenant representation, property acquisitions and dispositions.

Jeff began his career as an apprentice under the tutelage of the company’s founder Bill Lee. Today Jeff focuses on providing an array of real estate advisory services to assist local and national firms with the resources and capabilities necessary in the acquisition and disposition of distribution and manufacturing facilities.

In his eighteenth year of brokerage, Jeff has advised or been involved in more than 500 transactions. These transactions include leases and sales of industrial property throughout the country totaling more than 25 million square feet.

Jeff is an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan.
