SIOR ANNOUNCES 2015 TRANSACTION AWARD WINNERS

SIOR is pleased to announce its Top 100 Office Transactions List of 2015, which it unveiled recently at its Spring World Conference in San Diego. The Top 100 list is a compilation of the largest sales and lease transactions, ranked by square feet, completed by SIOR members.
The Top 100 list was derived from among nearly 1000 transactions SIOR members reported during the calendar year 2015, at an aggregate value of more than $5.1 billion. Among the Top 100, transactions were completed in 80 distinct markets throughout North American, Europe, and Asia, demonstrating the tremendous geographic coverage and diversity of SIOR as an organization.
The three largest transactions all exceeded 750,000 square feet: Andreas Krone, SIOR, NAI Apollo Real Estate, arranged the sale of a 1,915,000-square-foot office property in Berlin, Germany; Donald Reimann, SIOR, of Colliers International, arranged the lease of a 1,016,953-square-foot office property in Santa Clara, CA, and Mike Moran, SIOR, Cushman & Wakefield, arranged the sale of an 800,000-square-foot office property in Foster City, CA.

The next three largest transactions among the Top 100 exceeded 500,000 square feet: Taber Thill, SIOR, Dan Doherty, SIOR, and Ryan Martin, SIOR, all of Colliers International, arranged the sale of a 610,140-square-foot property in Las Vegas; Joe Thanhauser, SIOR, of Byrnam Wood, arranged the lease of a 604,000-square-foot property in New York City; and Tom Deboer, SIOR, of Colliers International, arranged the sale of a 552,150-square-foot property.
