GE Capital A subsidiary of General Electric, GE Capital has developed a broad spectrum of educational programs, including courses in finance, marketing, sales, etc., that are appropriate for commercial real estate practitioners. SIOR is exploring a relationship with GE that will allow our members to tap into these rich educational resources. Under this arrangement, GE would provide approximately a half-dozen of their courses to our members at chapter meetings at little or no cost to chapters.
