May 2006 - SIOR continues to expand its international membership with new members from Greece, India, and Romania.
April 2006 - Patricia Lines, MRICS, SIOR, and James Southey, MRICS, SIOR, hosted a breakout session at SIOR's Spring Convention titled "Winning Ways in a Small World." The session illistrated the differences in working practices outside North America and included issues such as legislation, fee scales and cultural differences. Case studies of American companies doing real estate business abroad were presented. An audio file of the session will be available in the coming months.
