Course 200  fulfills 18 out of 30 required educational credit hours needed to obtain the SIOR designation.

Course 200+SIOR Fall Conference:  Early Bird (until 9/14): $1315
                                                    Regular (until 9/14): $1375

By attending the SIOR Fall Conference, you can earn 12 elective credit hours towards the SIOR designation requirement (in lieu of taking Course 203).  This combined with Course 200's 15 hours, fufills the entire 30-hour SIOR designation educational requirement.

Mastering Office Leasing enables office leasing professionals to maneuver through the complexities of the office leasing process. Sections include 'Laying the Groundwork,' 'Marketing,' 'The Culmination of the Process,' and 'Marketing Sublease Space.' Industry practitioners and legal experts were consulted to identify issues, solve problems, and develop strategies necessary for success in today's office brokerage market.
