Past president of the Commercial Investment Division of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, Ronnie Wenzler is perennially ranked by Nashville business media as one of the region’s most successful commercial real estate professionals, including Nashville Post In Charge - Real Estate, Nashville Business Journal Commercial Real Estate MVP and Power Leaders in Commercial Real Estate, among many other honors. In addition to representing clients in the sale, purchase and lease of millions of square feet of commercial real estate during his 39 years of service in the Middle Tennessee market, he is also renowned for developing some of the region’s most innovative real estate projects.
Ronnie Wenzler specializes in the leasing and sale of industrial and office properties throughout Middle Tennessee. Ronnie has more than three decades of industrial and commercial real estate experience including sales, tenant representation, leasing and development.
In the last two decades Ronnie has partnered with Holladay Properties (headquartered in South Bend, Indiana) on many industrial to office and mixed use re-developments including The Factory at Franklin, the award winning Sawtooth building near the fairgrounds, BowTruss Building and Geist/Neighbors in Germantown and the Sheds on Charlotte Avenue. Adaptive re-use of underutilized interesting buildings is a favorite area of specialty.
