Steve has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in industrial real estate sales and leasing in Northern Nevada. Steve is experienced in all phases of industrial real estate including landlord and tenant representation, disposition, acquisition and land sales.
Steve has been involved in over 800 sale and lease transactions totaling 80+ million square feet with total consideration exceeding $1.37+ Billion. A consistent top producer in Northern Nevada, Steve is highly regarded for his dedication, strategic approach, and proven track record of success.
Steve holds a BS in Business Information Systems from the University of Montana and maintains active membership and leadership roles in several professional organizations, including Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN).
In his free time, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters’ family pursuing activities such as golf, skiing, boating and camping.
