Paulo has 20 years of professional experience, holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Management & Performance (ISEG) and Major in Real Estate Investments (ISCTE) and Private Equity Markets (Oxford/Saïd Business School). Co-founder of Blackoak, a commercial real estate brokerage firm headquartered in Lisbon, where he drives Corporate and Private Brokerage services, Advisory services, Club Deals structure and management.
At Blackoak, we focus primarily on residential developments and the dynamic hospitality sector. Furthermore, we are strong in industrial & logistics developments.
