Graduating with a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis in 1997, Nicholas has consistently closed over 50 commercial / industrial transactions per year since entering the commercial real estate field in 2002 approaching $750M in total consideration; has been a consistent top performing agent with NAI Capital in Southern California, ranking in the top 5% of the firm's 250 agents every year since 2008.
