About
Drew Nagy is President of La Companie Industrielle Commerciale Investissement Inc. (I.C.I. Inc) which he started in 1996. Drew oversees brokerage services in the areas of office, industrial and commercial real estate. His company is staffed by a team of 8 real estate professionals with specialties that include mortgage brokerage, condominium sales office management, office and industrial leasing or sales. He is also a consultant in respect to acquisition and disposition of real estate for several fortune 500 companies located throughout North America and Europe.
Drew is one of three partners in a new emerging company called 3R Energies which focuses on re-commissioning buildings by integrating a whole systems approach to improving user comfort, well being and energy usage.
Drew was President of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) for the Eastern Canadian chapter for the years of 1999 to 2002 and during this time became very interested in sustainable development. He has since been accredited with a certificate from the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association (IGSHPA – Geothermal Heat Pump). Drew is the only certified ECOBROKER in Quebec and most recently achieved his LEED AP in 2007 – making Drew only one of two brokers in Canada with this accreditation
Drew started in real estate in the early eighties and worked for Eastveld Realties Canada Corporation holding positions ranging from Account Executive to Vice-President Eastveld Realties Canada.
Drew has published five articles in the area of sustainable development in real estate journals in both Canada and the United States. He was also a consultant for the PBS television series “Regeneration” that focused on sustainability.
