Tom Pierik joined Lee & Associates in 1987 and has been involved in the leasing and sales of over 18 million square feet of commercial space.
Tom is a market expert understanding all aspects of the development, leasing, and selling of commercial properties. His primary focus
has been in the office sector, but he has also handled significant industrial and retail acquisitions for clients. Tom's extensive experience
allows him to provide his clients thoughtful, strategic planning. Each plan is individually tailored to the client’s specific needs addressing
the unique market conditions at that time to help his clients complete successful transactions overcoming the most challenging issues.
