Peter began his commercial real estate career in 2004, where he spent nearly a decade realizing that thousands of Chicagoland private businesses and nonprofits were being dramatically undeserved. In 2013, Peter set out to disrupt the status quo with the founding of Bespoke Commercial Real Estate. Private businesses and nonprofits deserve an advocate that provides more than just real estate services allowing them to achieve their current and future goals. By emphatically believing that real estate is a down payment on culture, he works with clients to turn their real estate into strategic environments that fosters growth and are crucial to recruiting and retaining top talent.
