About

As a business strategist, author, speaker, commercial real estate advisor and broker, Jessica Miller is on a mission to rethink commercial real estate processes, redefine and realign how commercial real estate brokers are compensated and reimagine what is possible for clients. As the founder and CEO of Rock Spring Real Estate Solutions, Jessica works with organizations to restructure their commercial real estate portfolios, optimize inclusive workforces, and overcome workplace challenges by developing immediately impactful solutions.

Jessica is a commercial real estate portfolio advisor with over 22 years at large public and private full service real estate firms. She has negotiated over 500 transactions that minimize costs, align workplaces with organizational priorities, and enhance the workforce employee experience. Prior to founding RSRES she was a Managing Director of Tenant Advisory Services at Cushman & Wakefield, a Vice President at Grubb & Ellis and an investment banking analyst with Deutsche Bank. She is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Virginia and Washington, DC and has leased over 10 million SF of commercial real estate leases and sales.

Jessica received her Master's in Real Estate and Development from Johns Hopkins University and graduated magna cum laude with a Finance degree through the honors program at Virginia Tech. She received her Masters of Corporate Real Estate designation through CoreNet Global and achieved the honor of receiving her SIOR designation.

Jessica Miller is a nationally recognized negotiation expert specializing in developing sustainable corporate real estate workplace solutions for leasing, sales and purchases on behalf of local, national and international clients. Jessica is the co-author of A Woman’s Guide to Successful Negotiating and has appeared as a guest in numerous media outlets including MSNBC’s Economy Watch, ABC NOW, CNN, CNN-FN, NPR, PBS and Bloomberg News.
