Saadia Sheikh is a global commercial real estate leader and advisor focused on helping organizations navigate complex, multi-market real estate decisions with clarity, collaboration, and execution. She brings a global, people-first perspective to her work, emphasizing trusted networks and the thoughtful use of data and technology to drive resilient outcomes. She is deeply committed to inclusive leadership and empowering the next generation of industry leaders.
She currently serves as Global President of SIOR, representing more than 4,000 industry leaders across 50+ countries. In this role, Saadia is committed to advancing inclusive leadership, strengthening global connectivity, and empowering the next generation of commercial real estate professionals.
Saadia is also Founder and CEO of Powersense, a commercial real estate advisory platform built around experienced professionals working collaboratively across U.S. gateway and growth markets. Her work spans tenant and occupier representation, portfolio and location strategy, site selection, and advisory services for companies, investors, and institutions operating across the U.S. and globally.
With more than 16 years of experience, Saadia has worked across local, regional, national, and global firms, including senior leadership roles at JLL. Her perspective is shaped by both institutional platforms and entrepreneurial leadership, with a focus on aligning data, strategy, and people to deliver resilient, long-term outcomes across global markets.
