Matthew represents industrial owners, tenants and buyers throughout Atlanta specializing solely in warehousing, distribution, and manufacturing assignments. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Matthew worked with global owner-operator EQT | Exeter. He was directly responsible for leasing and acquisition efforts across EQT Real Estate's 20 million SF Atlanta portfolio, consisting of more than 150 industrial occupiers.
