Tim Mills is a Vice President in Brokerage Services at CBRE. With over 28 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Mills focuses his expertise in San Diego’s Central and South Bay market areas and performs sale, lease and investment functions, as well as assistance to developers/builders on redevelopment projects.
Mr. Mills has worked with owners to reposition their properties to take advantage of emerging trends and has assisted redevelopment agencies and individuals due to condemnation proceedings. Working with real estate investors, Mr. Mills has performed complicated analyses to compare different investments based on cash flows and returns, as well as assistance in sales and exchanges (1031 exchanges) of alternative properties. Mr. Mills has also assisted attorneys and accountants with the evaluation of trust assets for estate planning purposes, as well as the sale of business real estate assets.
