About

Duke is intricately a part of West Michigan and has been involved in
some of the most prominent projects throughout the region during his
career. Although his love for all things real estate is weaved into the
fabric of his life, he primary passion is for his family, community and the
inspiration he pulls from the individuals who make West Michigan great.

Duke has been instrumental in growing and shaping several real estate
companies, while mentoring the next generation. He believes in big ideas,
no matter how unattainable they may seem. The innovation, creativity,
tenacity and overall work ethic of the community and area businesses is
just one of the many reasons he loves West Michigan.

Duke’s expansive skillset has allowed him to play a role in many
commercial real estate specialties over the past twenty years, but his
specific area of focus has always been in industrial, and more recently,
investment. Diligence and dedication to create a unique solution for his
clients is something he believes is vital to the real estate process. He values
each of his client’s unique characteristics and individual goals. Duke is
truly passionate about making his clients dreams become realities.
