John DeGrinis is a leader among the commercial brokerage profession in Southern California. In the 35+ years John has worked the market, he has consistently been a top producers at his company and a leader within the market. John specializes in the North Los Angeles region, including the San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita Valley and Ventura County. He is recognized as one of the most active brokers within this large geographical territory that spans from Burbank to Ventura and Van Nuys to Valencia.

Over the past 16 years, John and his team, TEAM DeGRINIS, have transacted over 35 million square feet with a total consideration of approximately $2 billion. John has represented many of the largest landlords and developers in the region, including Rexford, Brookfield, Xebec, BlackCreek, First Industrial, Link Industrial, Oaktree, Panattoni, TA Associates and Seefried to name a few. He is also a skilled tenant representative, having represented and achieved successful results for many major companies including General Electric, Thibiant International, NBC Universal, Living Spaces Furniture, Lockheed Martin, Sears and Toyota.

Widely recognized as an expert in the industrial and commercial sector, John has extensive experience in investment sales, development and entitlements, tenant representation, landlord sales, leasing and consultative assignments. He is a skilled negotiator and strives to create maximum value for his clients.
